01Begin with the organiser’s decision
Each page should solve a distinct task: what fits, what changes the requirement, what can fail, which facts to collect and what must be confirmed next. A separate page is useful only when the customer need is meaningfully different.
02Use the strongest suitable source
Regulator publications and technical codes support compliance topics. Authority and venue information supports operating rules. Manufacturer documentation and established engineering principles support equipment behaviour. Links are included where they materially help the decision.
03Separate general guidance from event facts
A guide can explain a method, comparison or acceptance check. Final dimensions, electrical details, equipment models, labour, availability, access windows, prices and contractual terms belong to the specific event.
04Review and correct the guidance
Content is checked when a source, technical requirement, calculation, venue rule, customer question or translation changes. A useful correction identifies the exact page, wording and supporting detail.
05Write in the organiser’s language
Headings and summaries should answer what guests must hear or see, what a quotation should include, who handles setup and operation, what must be tested and which functions need a backup.
